  • 1/2 cup watermelon cubes
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz agave simply syrup (any will do, may need to adjust depending on how sweet your watermelon is)
  • 2 sprigs mint

  • Add watermelon, lime juice, simply syrup, and mint to a shaker.
  • Muddle thoroughly and let sit a minute.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly, about 15 - 20 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with a bit of lime and enjoy!

This mocktail is so delicious you won't even notice it doesn't have alcohol! I won't lie, there have been occasions I've added a shot of vodka to this combination to make an equally delicious cocktail but that's strictly up to you! The watermelon cooler is a perfectly refreshing expression of summer!
