Champagne Mustard Vinaigrette

Champagne Mustard Vinaigrette

Luscious, tangy, creamy, sweet-tart vinaigrette. This champagne mustard vinaigrette is superb with a delicious summer stone fruit salad!

  • 1/2 cup champagne vinegar (white wine vinegar works well also)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional but I like the balance it brings)

  • Add all ingredients to a pint mason jar, tighten lid, shake thoroughly and enjoy!

This is another super simple salad dressing, this one brings a little more creamy tang and less tart than my fresh tart lemon vinaigrette. As always with my salad dressings this champagne mustard vinaigrette isn't the classic 3:1 ratio of oil to vinegar, feel free to add oil so the emulsion may not stay quite as long but I like it SO much better and don't feel like I'm being over oiled, and a little goes a long way!
