  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Agave Lime Glaze

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp agave
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Finish

  • 1 each serrano chile, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Smoky Sheet Pan Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
  • Cut the chicken breast into 1/4 inch by 1 1/2 – 2 inch pieces and put in a bowl.
  • Add first bit of lime juice, agave, and smoked paprika to bowl with chicken and toss. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and toss again.
  • Add to a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Agave Lime Glaze

  • Meanwhile, mix the second bit of lime juice, agave, and salt in a small pan over medium/medium low heat and reduce by about half until it thickens but is still pourable, about 5 minutes.

Finish

  • Remove the chicken from the oven and toss with the agave lime glaze then sprinkle with sliced serranos, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
