  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sweet white miso (make sure it’s Gluten Free if that’s what you’re looking for)
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Gold (delicious crunchy chunks of garlic in garlic infused oil, can substitute with lightly sautéed diced garlic & oil!)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Stir until well combined, close the lid and shake until emulsified!
  • Taste, adjust salt and pepper, shake again and enjoy!

This salad dressing can go on almost anything, it’s that good! Show here with a quick salad of arugula, sorrel, goat cheese, and roasted chioggia beets (sliced thin, olive oil, salt and pepper, then roasted @ 400 degrees for 25 minutes). SO GOOD!
